DS Express, Inc. was founded in 1992 and was one of the first on the Russian market to introduce legal and consulting services in the field of tax, financial and corporate planning relating to registration of enterprises abroad and capital managing and protection …We appeared just on the day the market was born and since then we have been growing and developing together with it.
